Along with spring and summer comes hot weather, and naturally, a higher inclination to sweat. Have I mentioned that I hate to sweat? No? Well, I do. Thankfully, when I do sweat, the issue isn’t odor (yay for deodorant!), but perspiration, and marks showing up on my shirt. Now, that’s not necessarily a bad thing if I’m running around outside with my children, or if I’m getting my ass handed to me on an elliptical or I’m kicking ass on a treadmill. After all, exertion + energy expended = perspiration.
But when I’m running around the house, going out shopping, or am simply sweating over the installation of new computer memory, I do not want wetness on my clothing (specifically, under my arms) to be an issue. And since my standard deodorant isn’t cutting it, I decided to try out Secret Clinical Strength.
Secret Clinical Strength is designed to combat perspiration issues on a “prescription strength” level. It’s more expensive than the standard deodorant, and you don’t get as much of it, but if it works, then hey, I’m willing to spend the money!
I’ve been using Secret Clinical Strength for about a week now, and I am noticing some definite improvement. However, there is still some wetness issues every now and again, which I attribute to my own forgetfulness. You see, Secret Clinical Strength is supposed to be applied at night, before you go to sleep, so you’re ready to go with it when you get up the next morning. Half the time I’m forgetting to put it on at night, so I wind up just applying it in the morning, which may be why I’m not seeing quite the results I was expecting to. But overall, I would recommend using Secret Clinical Strength.
