I’m always on the lookout for a body wash that promises to smell good and lather up enough for me to shave with. I’m cheap and lazy, which is why I don’t bother to use a separate shaving gel or cream. Besides, being overweight, I have more body surface area, and thus would need more gel or cream! Haha. So, the easiest solution is to use a body wash that provides enough moisture and lather to shave with.

Softsoap Nutri-Serums body wash seems to do the job pretty well. The scent is very light and clean, which is nice because it won’t clash with any strongly scented shampoo and conditioner duo that I might use. It also lathers decently enough. It doesn’t provide the moisturizing properties that I’m used to with other types of body wash, but for the price and availability, I can’t complain too much!
