I’m normally pretty wary of “low fat” recipes, because nine times out of ten, the resulting product is bland and tasteless. However, I make a few changes. First, I use Kelly’s low-fat butter instead of regular butter. I also replace 1/2 cup sugar with 1/4 cup sugar & 1/4 cup of instant French vanilla pudding mix. Finally, I use both milk chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
