Now that Thanksgiving is just three days away, I’m officially in the mood for Christmas! My husband and I have already decided that we’ll be decorating the first weekend of December, which is the 4th, 5th and 6th. Last year we bought a tree and put up decorations on November 30th, which was just a little bit too early for us. The year before we decorated around the 15th, which seemed a little too late. I’m thinking the 5th or 6th will be perfect. 
I’m also thinking about Christmas presents! I already have gifts for my brothers, my mother (I already gave her one of her gifts earlier this month, but only because they were concert tickets and thus time-sensitive), my husband and a few things set aside for our daughter and son, but we still need to buy gifts for my husband’s side of the family, our friend, and a few more things for the kidlets.
Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the weekend in between are going to be NUTS, but obviously people are going out to the stores and malls because of the awesome sales. I won’t be venturing out because I’m recovering from surgery and would probably turn into a homicidal maniac around so many people, but I will definitely be shopping online! I’m going to check online Black Friday and Cyber Monday ads, and I’ll also be using coupon and discount code sites to save on merchandise and shipping costs wherever I can.
